Dental problems can cause other health problems

For many people their dental health depends to a great extent on hereditary factors, some people have almost no dental problems despite not brushing their teeth twice, while others loose their teeth quickly despite taking a lot of care. Individuals without teeth find it difficult to chew and eat their food properly, unless fitted with dentures, adversely affecting their health and causing lifestyle diseases.
So individuals who have inherited poor teeth, should take special care to ensure that their teeth last for as long as possible, avoiding eating hard food which would increase the pressure on their teeth.
